Full Terms & Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), its agents and anyone professionally association with this Promotion.

2. No purchase necessary. Entry Route 1: Entrants must be logged into a WhatsApp account to enter. Entry Route 1 & 2: Internet access and a valid email address are required.

3. Promotion Period: Enter between 14:00 GMT on the 12th March 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 5 April 2026 inclusive.

4.    To Enter: There are 2 Entry Routes with shared Prize Pool.
a. b.    Entry Route 2: Visit www.nowalkersnogame.com/en-gb/fanofthematch, complete the online form to provide your details (full name and email address), select whether you want to enter the “England” or “Scotland” draw, and answer the question ‘What is your most memorable FIFA World Cup™ moment as a fan of your nation?’ (between 20-100 words) to be entered into your chosen country’s Prize Draw.

Entries will not be judged, and all entries have an equal chance of winning.

5.    Further Entry Details & Conditions:
a.    Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
i.    are in breach of the Terms and Conditions;
ii.    contain any content that is offensive, obscene, sexual, derogatory, defamatory, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner, or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication;
iii.    contains or refers to any third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks; and
iv.    promotes any political agenda.
b.    Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period.

6. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

7.    The Prizes: There will be a total of 2 winners.
a.    England Prize: There will be 1 England Prize winner. The winner will win 1 x 2-night trip to Dallas, Texas, USA to attend the FIFA World Cup 26™ England v Croatia match at Dallas Stadium, Arlington on 17 June 2026 at 15:00 CDT, including:
i.    Return economy flights from a local airport near the winner’s home address to Dallas, exact flight details are subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion;
ii.    Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a double/twin room at a minimum three (3)* hotel, exact hotel details are subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion;
iii.    Two (2) x Category Two tickets to the FIFA World Cup 26™ England v Croatia match on 17 June 2026. The tickets include:
1.    A stadium big screen appearance (maximum 15 seconds) during half time;
2.    Pitchside access at the end of the match; and
3.    The winner will be presented with a Brand Fan of The Match trophy.
iv.    1 x $200 Uber Gift Card per person for transport; and
v.    1 x $75 Food and Drink Gift Card per person per day ($150 per person throughout the trip).

b.    Scotland Prize: There will be 1 Scotland Prize winner. The winner will win 1 x 2-night trip to Miami, Florida, USA to attend the FIFA World Cup 26™ Scotland v Brazil match at Miami Stadium, Miami on 24 June 2026 at 16:00 EDT, including:
i.    Return economy flights from a local airport near the winner’s home address to Miami, exact flight details are subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion;
ii.    Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a double/twin room at a minimum three (3)* hotel, exact hotel details are subject to availability and the Promoter’s discretion;
iii.    Two (2) x Category Two tickets to the FIFA World Cup 26™ Scotland v Brazil match on 24 June 2026. The tickets include:
1.    A stadium big screen appearance (maximum 15 seconds) during half time;
2.    Pitchside access at the end of the match; and
3.    The winner will be presented with a Brand Fan of The Match trophy.
iv.    1 x $200 Uber Gift Card per person for transport; and
v.    1 x $75 Food and Drink Gift Card per person per day ($150 per person throughout the trip).

8.    Further Prize Details & Conditions:
a.    The Prize will be arranged by email between the Prize fulfilment agency and the winner. The Prize fulfilment agency will make reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organized. Once the Prize details including dates, locations and activities are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
b.    At least one person travelling must be over the age of 21. If the winner is not aged over 21, their guest must be. If the guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult with their parent/guardian’s consent.
c.    The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
d.    Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable due diligence to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any provisional winner in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring the Promoter or any of the Promoter’s affiliate brands into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the Promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. In the event that the Promoter is not satisfied of the above following such due diligence, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any such provisional winner. In particular (but without limitation), if the actual, alleged or publicised conduct of any provisional winner is illegal, or if any provisional winner has been charged with or convicted of a crime, or in Promoter’s sole discretion is otherwise grossly offensive or violates generally accepted standards of behaviour (including but not limited to illicit drug use or public intoxication) or otherwise leads the Promoter to reasonably believe or conclude that the public association with the provisional winner may subject Promoter to ridicule, contempt, controversy, embarrassment or scandal, Promoter, in its sole discretion, may disqualify the provisional winner and such provisional winner will no longer be eligible for this Promotion.
e.    In accepting the Prize, the winner agrees they will attend the agreed match and will take part in the half time activity and post-match trophy presentation where the Winner will receive a Brand Fan of the Match trophy. Winners also agree that clothing worn to the match will be non-branded, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility should the winner be asked to remove branded items before appearing in any official Promoter communications. If a provisional winner fails the compliance check, an alternative provisional winner will be selected and will be subject to a compliance check as per above. The Promoter has no responsibility in the event a provisional winner is not able to take their Prize for whatever reason.
f.    It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
g.    Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.

i.    Dates of the match are subject to change.
j.    The winner and their guest will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers or Promoter if the match or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
k.    If for any reason the match is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion not reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
l.    Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
m.    The winner and their guest must comply with the relevant terms and conditions of the premises and match. The premises and event organisers shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
n.    The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the match/venue, they must not: be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, make any offensive chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
o.    The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the match/venue.
p.    The winner and their guest must comply with all behavioural requirements stated for their performance on the jumbotron including, but not limited to, showing enthusiasm, not leaving their seat, not being intoxicated, not making obscene gestures/showing offensive posters or behaviour, and not displaying any product or merchandise of a competitor brand of the Promoter (including the parent company).
q.    All tickets issued shall be subject at all times to the ticket terms and conditions of the Dallas Stadium (England match) and Miami Stadium (Scotland match). The use of a ticket to enter the match constitutes acceptance of the Ticket Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of Dallas Stadium (England match) and Miami Stadium (Scotland match). r.    The winner and their guest must comply with the Dallas Stadium (England match) and Miami Stadium (Scotland match) Ground Regulations.
s.    All tickets will be “England” or “Scotland” tickets, as applicable. Opposing fans are not permitted in the “England” or “Scotland” section of a stadium. Winners are subject to screening by the stadium based on their conditions of entry and the Promoter is not liable if the winner or any person accompanying the winner is refused entry because they do not meet these conditions.
t.    Winners may be subject to a name check against venue or sporting Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. Those who are subject to any sport banning order, banned from any sports events or on a list of known “hooligans” will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any form of alternative prize or compensation.
u.    The Dallas Stadium (England match) and Miami Stadium (Scotland match) shall have the absolute right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
v.    Direct flights may not be available, and indirect flights may be provided. The route is determined at the Promoter’s discretion.
w.    Airline seats are subject to availability.
x.    Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty program, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
y.    The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.
z.    Flight extras are not included in the Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).
aa.    Travel must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.
bb.    The winner and their guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. All elements must be taken together.
cc.    The Promoter will pay the cost of a standard room plus related room taxes.
dd.    A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your rooms and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.
ee.    The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
ff.    The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest must have or obtain (as applicable) an ESTA to enter the USA. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
gg.    The Prize will be forfeited if:
i.    the winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
ii.    the winner has any travel/immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within pre-booked period; or
iii.    the winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
hh.    It will be the winner’s and their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
ii.    The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.
jj.    Tickets will be administered in the full name of the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest may need to provide a valid form of ID such as a driving license when entering a stadium and may be refused admission if they cannot verify their identity as the named ticket holder. The winner is responsible for providing correct details and the Promoter will not be liable for any mistakes made.
kk.    Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged. If, for any reason, the match between England v Croatia or Scotland v Brazil is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of further games and this promotion, the terms as stated on the ticket will apply. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel the Prize and not re-award any additional tickets to the winner and/or guest or reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner and/or guest as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
ll.    For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
mm.    The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
nn.    Uber gift card:
i.    The winner must have an active and valid Uber account to use the Uber gift card.

oo.    The winner will not receive any compensation if the full gift card amount is not used.
pp.    The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen or fraudulently used gift cards.

9. Winner Selection: 1 provisional England winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received to the “England” Prize Pool during the Promotion Period. 1 provisional Scotland winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received to the “Scotland” Prize Pool during the Promotion Period (both “provisional winners”). For your total confidence, the Prize draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

10. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility (including passing a background check). Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 5 days or pass the background check, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

11. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing Walkersfotm26@promowinners.com within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

12. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at https://nowalkersnogame.com/en-gb/fanofthematch-winners. Winners can object to their details being published by during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

13. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the Prize won as part of the Promotion. Participation in the jumbotron (half-time big screen appearance) at the match is a condition of Prize Acceptance.

14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

15. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.

16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Walkers Fan of the Match WhatsApp or the entry page.

17. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with WhatsApp. By entering you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to WhatsApp, and WhatsApp is not responsible for any element of this Promotion.

18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (PV20103) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

19. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

20. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. By entering the promotion, participants agree that their information may be processed and used by the Promoter for the purpose of the Promotion or any associated publicity. The Promoter may share participants’ data with connected third parties for promotion administration and prize fulfilment purposes. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.nowalkersnogame.com/en-gb/privacy-policy.

21. Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the GDPR, you can exercise the rights of consultation, modification, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of data processing or you can oppose to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons or for informational and promotional purposes, by writing to the data controller at the aforementioned mailing address or online via the www.nowalkersnogame.com/en-gb/privacy-policy website. In case of revocation of the consent given, which can be presented at any time, it is understood that this does not affect the lawfulness of the handle of the data based on the previously expressed consent or on alternative mechanisms to the consent permitted by law.

22. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

23. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

24. FIFA World Cup 2026™ logo is a trademark owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and used under license. FIFA is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion in any way. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any Prize awarded.

25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

26. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
