Full Terms and Conditions:

This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”) and the Republic of Ireland (“ROI”) aged 18 or over. Any persons directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion (including but not limited to any employees of the Promoter, its affiliates and its agencies) are excluded from entering this Promotion. The Promoter may request the winner to provide proof of purchase.
Purchase is necessary. Please retain pack as this will be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. New packaging must be retained for every new entry. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. Please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume just to participate in this Promotion.
Promotion Period:
1. Instant Win: Enter between 10:00 on 29 December 2025 and 23:59 on 08 March 2026.
2. Wrap Up Draw: Enter between 00:00 on 09 March 2026 and 23:59 on 14 June 2026 inclusive.

  3. Find out instantly if you are a Winner of an Instant Win Prize and automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
  4. Instant Winners can claim their Instant Win Prize via a link sent by email (see clause 9 for details).
2. Wrap Up Draw:
  1. Purchase a Promotional Pack of Walkers MAX, as defined in Clause 6.
  2. Maximum of 2 entries is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. Each purchase of a Promotional Pack may only be used to enter once. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.
Maximum of 1 Official Replica or Mini Ball of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Prize and 1 Grand Prize per person during the Promotional Period (including for the avoidance of doubt both the Instant Win Promotional Period and Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period).
Prizes: There is a single Prize pool across all promotional products. During the Promotion Period, there is a total of 2,303 Prizes to be won as follows:

3. Wrap Up Draw:
  1. 40 x Official Replica or Mini Balls of the FIFA World Cup 26™ to be won.
Further Prize Details and Conditions:
1. Trip to the opening match of the FIFA World Cup 26™
  1. Each Prize consists of a trip for 2 to the opening match of the FIFA World Cup 26™ in Mexico City, Mexico, on 11 June 2026, including 2 x FIFA World Cup 26™ tickets, return economy flights from UK international airport, return private transfers from airport at destination to hotel, 5 nights’ stay at a 4* hotel, and £750 (or € equivalent) for expenses. Excludes UK transfers.
  2. Flight departs UK on 7 June 2026 and returns on 12 June 2026.
  3. The £750 or € equivalent for additional travel expenses will be paid via Bank Transfer (BACS).
  4. Winners must have a valid UK or ROI bank account.
  5. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details at the point of claiming their Prize and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
  6. At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
  7. The € equivalent value of the Prize for Winners resident in ROI will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of Prize Acceptance. The exchange rate and calculation will be determined in the Promoter’s sole discretion.
  8. Winners and their guests must have valid passports and are responsible for any visas and vaccinations required for travel. Travel insurance is not included.
  9. Winners and their guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets.
  10. All FIFA World Cup 2026™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behaviour.
  11. The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
Winner Selection:
1. Instant Win: During the Promotion Period, 2,300 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds), have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. There are winning moments every day during the Instant Win Promotion Period. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 2,300 Instant Win Prizes have been made available and it is intended that they will be won.
2. Grand Prize Draw: 3 Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Instant Win Period. The Grand Prize Draw will take place within 3 working days of the end of the Instant Win Period. All 3 Grand Prize Draw Prizes will be won.
3. Wrap Up Draw: 40 Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Period. The Wrap Up Draw will take place within 5 working days of the end of the Wrap Up Draw Period. All 40 Wrap Up Draw Prizes will be won.
Winner Notification:
1. Instant Win: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and asked to follow the instructions on screen and by email to claim their Prize. Provisional Winners will also receive a confirmation email to their email address used upon entry within 3 working days of on-screen notification, confirming their Prize and will be required to follow the instructions within 14 days of initial contact. If a Winner does not follow the instructions in the confirmation email, within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that Winner and return the Prize to the promotion Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Promotion Period. Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements will be void and invalid and we reserve the right to return the Prize to the Promotion Prize pool which may be won by someone else during the Promotion Period.
2. Grand Prize Draw: The provisional Winners will be contacted via the email address they provided on entry within 2 days of Grand Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winners. If a Winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserve the right to disqualify that/the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve Winners may have less time to respond.
3. Wrap Up Draw: The provisional Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winners. If a Winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserve the right to disqualify that/the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve Winners may have less time to respond.
Prize Delivery:
1. Instant Win: Prizes will be sent to the postal address provided by 10 June 2026. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive by 10 June 2026, Winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting walkersmax@promotioncustomerservices.com. In the event that a Winner does not inform the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at their sole discretion. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner provides incorrect information regarding their Prize claim, including incorrect postal address.
2. If you receive a notification that you are a Grand Prize Draw winner, you will be asked to provide your full name and address to which your Prize details will be sent within 28 days of confirming details, and bank account details for delivery of your travel expenses by bank transfer. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, the Winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting walkersmax@promotioncustomerservices.com. If a Winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
3. If you receive a notification that you are the Wrap Up Draw Prize Winner, you will be asked to provide your address details to which your Prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, the Winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting walkersmax@promotioncustomerservices.com. If a Winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No other form of compensation is available. If for any reason any Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
Provided no objection from the Winners is received, a Winners’ list containing their surname and county will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks, by contacting walkersmax@promotioncustomerservices.com. Winners can object to their surname being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the Winner Notification process. However, without prejudice, the Promoter will provide Winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
The Promoter may request that the Winners participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the Winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or Winners by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using
  aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.nowalkersnogame.com/en-gb/MAX.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
The FIFA World Cup 2026™ logo is a trademark owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and used under license. FIFA is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion in any way. FIFA shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.
In the Republic of Ireland this promotion is being carried out from 1 January 2025 under a lottery licence granted by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court on 9 October 2024. The lottery license is held by Pieta House of First Floor Greenhills Retail Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght Dublin 24, Dublin (Charity No: CHY16913).
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
